A donation from the Pakistani Women Association

The Saudi - Bahraini Institute for the Blind, Isa Town received a BD350 Braille machine as a donation from the Pakistani Women Association (PWA). The six-member PWA delegation also presented 60 happy meals to the children, donated by McDonald's.

A personal donation

Pakistan." Ameena Nishat made a personal donation of BD700 to the Saudi Bahrain, Institute for the Blind. Ms Nishat, a Pakistani Women's Association (PWA) member, presented the cheque to institute director Abdul Wahid Al Khayat. The money will be used to purchase two Braille machines. Mr Al Khayat receiving the cheque, watched by other PWA members.
